This is why in 2015, Innovative became the first ever UL-certified, cloud-based monitoring software solution with its SBN Cloud. This first stepping stone paved the way for monitoring centers to move away from housing receivers, servers, and other pricey equipment which require upgrades and planning. It also made many alarm receiving centers more scalable and provided the ability to take on additional clients. Now, in 2019, we have taken it a step further with our new SBN Anywhere – a browser-based monitoring solution.

SBN Anywhere is a simple browser-based monitoring solution originally integrated within SBN Cloud. This quick and flexible tool allows operators and call center personnel to efficiently monitor a wide range of alarms from a variety of devices.

Not currently using SBN Cloud?

Not being an SBN Cloud customer is no problem. SBN Anywhere software can be integrated to fit new or existing customer’s SBN systems. For the browser-based software to operate properly, most businesses only require a single database and a designated IIS server. It is simple for Innovative to implement once given proper access to your servers.
