Innovative has developed each of these training modules as a "train-the-trainer" concept, in which trainees are individuals who are capable of retraining the customer's own employees at the customer's facility. Existing Innovative customers achieve the most efficient and cost-effective results when they use the "train-the-trainer" method. This model also allows customers to include additional topics regarding company-specific processes and procedures into their workplace sessions while they train their users.
