Flexible scheduling
Because Servicing is integrated with other modules such as Scheduling, other departments or employees can quickly view what is going on with specific clients and take appropriate actions. When a service request occurs, for example, technicians or other staffing can be scheduled with a simple click. Rescheduling due to any reason is flexible as well. With a simple drag and drop, the technician who was scheduled can be rerouted to other sites or customers in real time.
